FroMe Support

Answers to the things people ask most. If yours is not here, write to us and a person will reply.

Try-on and your photos

What happens to the photo of my face?

It is used to create your try-on and nothing else. It is not kept after the try-on is made, not sold, and not used to train any AI model.

The finished try-on image is stored to your account so you can come back to it, and is deleted after 365 days or sooner if you ask.

How do I withdraw my consent?

Open Profile and choose the face-data option to withdraw consent and delete the try-ons already made. You can agree again later if you change your mind.

My try-on does not look right

The result depends heavily on the photo. Face the camera straight on in even light, with your whole hairline in frame and nothing covering it. Retaking the photo fixes more than re-running the same one does.

Subscriptions

How do I cancel FroMe Pro?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so they are cancelled in your store account.

iPhone or iPad: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Android: Play Store, then your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions.

You can also reach this from Profile in the app, under Manage subscription.

I paid but the app still says I am not Pro

Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. That re-checks your store account and usually settles it.

If it does not, make sure you are signed into FroMe with the same account you subscribed on, then write to us with the email address you used.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, not by us. For Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google, use the Play Store order history.

Your account

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Profile and choose Delete account. This removes your profile, saved styles, collections and try-ons.

If you cannot sign in, use the account deletion page instead.

Deleting your FroMe account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel that in your store account first.

I cannot sign in

If you first signed up with Google or Apple, use the same button again rather than an email and password, since no password was ever set.

For an email account, use the forgotten-password link on the sign-in screen. If the reset email has not arrived after a minute, check spam.
